About HiiT FiT
If you are bored with your routine workout at the gym or need a new challenging workout, then HiiT to FiT gym is the place for you. Our workout is a blend of High Intense Interval Training (HiiT) and martial arts movement. Our circuit style workouts utilize body weight, medicine ball, dumbbells and heavy bags to build cardio, strength, balance and speed. HiiT training is a good fitness choice for those looking to burn calories for weight loss, or to improve stamina and heart health. Combat Conditioning is a non-contact workout. All punches and kicks are thrown onto pads or bag. It’s a high-energy workout that can burn between 350 and 450 calories an hour.
Who Should Do It

People who become easily bored with stationary cardio equipment like treadmills and stair steppers will enjoy the fast pace and new movements in a Combat Conditioning class.You don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience to take a Combat Conditioning class. Coach Gen has been involved in martial arts for the past 20 years. He holds a blackbelt in Aikido and has been a martial arts instructor for the past 15 years. Coach Gen has trained in Muay Thai with several Muay Thai Masters for the past 5 years. He also has experience teaching both children and adult classes. Gen’s teaching style focuses on fitness with martial arts movements
